1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be purchased directly from Harper Surveying through our website at harpersurveying.com.
2. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Products marked as “final sale.”
- Items that have been used or altered in any way, including those with removed seals or tags.
- Gift cards.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and review your returned item(s), we will let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund using your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
